Link your email outbox to MailALetter.com
To email us a letter send us the letter from your user email account. You can include attachments of HTML, MS Word & Adobe PDF files. The letter will be held for your to review in your MailBox in Draft status for 1 hour and then sent to production if there is sufficient funds in your MailBank account. You can also mail it earlier by logging into the site and mailing it manually.
Addressing your Letter:
The address of the recipient should be placed in the subject of the email with a semi-colon between each line in the address.
For Example, a subject line like this : "President Barak Obama; The White House; 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue; Washington D.C . DC 20500"
The Address would be printed:
President Barak Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington D.C . DC 20500
Where to email your letter
Depending on which feature you would like the letter to have use one of the following email addresss.
